New comer . Alumaduck

Since I have more expertise with sheet metal then wood Im building Alumaduck from you guessed it , aluminum . Seams will be sealed with Ruscoe gutter caulk which I have every confidence in .
No welding involved but pop rivets by the bucket . Heres what Ive got so far . This was supposed to be my first side of .032 aluminum but now Im calling it a template since Im jumping up to .040 .
