Sailing a PD in the Everglades Challenge
The Everglades Challenge is a 300 mile race down the inside coast of Florida, from Fort Desoto to Key Largo. It is the toughest small boat race in the world. For a full explanation, see WaterTribe.com For a PD to compete in the EC, it is a pretty steep (and dangerous) challenge, there is an 8 day time limit and the race runs regardless of the weather.
